Amy offers bespoke wellbeing classes for schools. With her academic background in developmental psychology, she offers classes and workshops for all students.
She also offers sessions for students who are struggling with low level mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and low mood, as well as group sessions for staff.
These sessions involve yoga, guided movement, relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, lifestyle tips and hacks, mindfulness and stress management strategies.
